How It Works
01 Inquiry Review
Due to the personal nature of our work, we work with only a select few clients a year. We thoughtfully review every inquiry, and reach out to those who we feel we can best serve.
02 First Meeting
Whether in person over coffee, or remote, we believe in starting the conversation about your dream home face-to-face. No need to come with ideas, but we’ll never say no to seeing your Pinterest boards.
03 Investment Conversation
After better understanding your hopes for your future home, we’ll have an honest and open conversation about the true investment required to bring your vision to life. We know you’ve worked hard for the ability to build your dream home, so we bring the utmost care and understanding to this step of the process.
04 Site Selection
Whether you have a location in mind or are looking for direction or assistance on where to start, we’ll provide our expert guidance in selecting a site that will ensure a successful build. If you’ve already purchased a site, we’ll work alongside you to help set the stage for the next phase.
05 Design Planning
Now the fun part. We’ll gather your inspiration images to begin planning what your future home will look like while simultaneously exploring materials and finishes. Our uniquely collaborative process ensures a final plan that encapsulates your vision, stays within your budget, and never sacrifices quality.
06 Selecting Your Team
As a small builder, we rely on a handful of talented partners. We’ll introduce you to designers, suppliers, craftsmen, and more who will help bring our final vision to life. We’ll be beside you 100% to be a sounding board as you select tangible materials and finishes.
07 Breaking Ground
Dreams start to become reality. You’ll be fully looped into the timeline with frequent in-person or digital video check-ins during the building process.
08 Final Walkthrough
This is your chance to gut check all the final touches and add or adjust any small details. And no detail is too small when it comes to your home.
